Article 1 — Seller Identification

The products presented on the site are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. In the event of an error or omission, the seller's liability cannot be engaged.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 5 — Order
The order is final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent automatically. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a supply problem or prior dispute.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online, in a secure manner, via the payment methods offered at the time of the order. Banking data is not stored on our servers.
Article 7 — Delivery
Delivery conditions are detailed on the Shipping page of the site. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The terms are specified on the Returns & Exchanges page.
Article 9 — Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (brand name, visuals, texts, logo) are the exclusive property of ADN 528Hz and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 10 — Applicable Law
These T&Cs are subject to Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent Spanish courts will have jurisdiction.
