Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
- With its tags attached
- In its original packaging or equivalent

Returned items that are damaged, soiled or incomplete cannot be refunded.

How to Make a Return?
1. Send an email to contact@adn528hz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 48 hours with shipping instructions.
3. Send the item back to the indicated address, preferably with tracking.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part.

Refund
Once your return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used at the time of the order.

Would you like to change size or color? Contact us at contact@adn528hz.com. Subject to availability, we will arrange the exchange under the same conditions as a return.
